i am sooo tired at work now...feel so listless. >.<. Sorry guys, i did not manage to upload my picture for the Singapore Flyer Trip and my company chalet. Can't find my blue tooth device =.="

881 Part 2 is doing some filming outside my office. the crew are suffling around in and out of my office. kekeke.....very messy now, cant concentrate much on my work now. I am waiting for time to tickle away...........

just a random post here, understand that i have not been posting much lately.... >.<

sahara left the team, and for the 2 days last week, it was back to Molly and me. Just like the old days, we manage to settle quite a few outstanding issues and the "grey" area of work being left undone and to be expected to completed. but still there is still unlimited work load that I see need to be attention to immediately..shack! =3=

the 2 day company retreat was fun and enriching for the rest of the team. after a series of program, we learn to appreciate each other better and also realise how our different roles & presence in this company makes a difference to the people working around you. shockingly i never ever knew that my presence in this company makes and impact to the others.

dear colleagues: " like to thank my team for all the appreciation, encouragement and that special touch of sincerity when one by one just "throw" in their view for about me. it really almost make me cry that afternoon. =)

went on-board the "singapore flyer" on sunday (13/04). like to thanks my dear and his parents for that. =) the whole ride experience was like this: --> excited in the beginning --> anticipation when you are in the flyer --> a bit start to feel bored as the flyer is moving damn slowly --> feeling a bit sian..... =.="

it wasn't a total disappointment, but i would say it is because of all the IR and the F1 construction going on around the flyer [seeing cranes!!] that is why the scenery view was not that fantastic. in fact, i was more fascinated by my dear's niece who is like coming to 1 years old was there as well. so cute.....and entertaining. a very young camera whore was well for her age.... keke....

i am feeling a bit disappointed about myself lately, the things i do, the people i meet, the comments i heared. i try to brace up quickly but i don't have the strength and energy to. maybe taking a step at a time will help, but i am really lost now. it just seems that i am so out of focus now. Arghhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Updates*

"Happy April Fool's Day!" I almost forgotten this day until Ms "morning"'s BF made a prank called to her this noon...whahaha...Lucky today I wasn't one of this victim for this unofficial occasion. =p

Last week was a more relax week for me as I am on course for 2 days, Thursday & Friday. The course that I've attended was called "Developing the Leader within you." This whole course was about leadership and understanding the steps that a leader should practice in order to excel being a good leader. For me, I treat it as a very rare opportunity to expose myself to this course. Why I am saying this is because, firstly I am the "baby" of the group (again), secondly the participants who came for this course are all either in their management position or they are in the sales line where leadership is already something that they are practicing. With all their working experience, the sharing session makes the whole training very interesting as they relate alot of "real" life incidents that happens to them in their work environment. It makes me also understand certain behaviour of a leader and identifying them.

It may not seem important now to understand all of those but as the company is expanding, I will have to handle more human relations which might be my challange in the near future.

Everybody is busy this whole week. A couple of office matters are waiting to be settled. One of our current project that we are doing now is to upgrade and beautify the whole office and the training centre.

Mr "Shiny Head" , Ms "morning" & me went to Ikea yesterday to scout around for the decorations. Mirrors, Frames, Picture (artistic ones), Vases, Rags, Pottery, Wall Clocks etc.....these are all items in our list. We are very pleased with our primary scoutings and is in the pharse of calculating if all those are over budget.

Ling keeping her fingers cross hoping that it will not. Everything that we saw yesterday was complimenting the environment well and we really would like to buy every thing to spice up the place. ^^
